💙 Hassle-Free Returns

At Toiletry Express, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products.

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers may return unwanted items within 14 days of purchase, provided the goods are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace or refund these items at no cost to you.
• Other Returns: Customers may return items within 14 days but are responsible for the return postage and tracking.
• Once returned goods are received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the original delivery cost.
• Refunds are usually processed within 3 working days after approval.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care products unless they are faulty.
