In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return unwanted goods within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, unopened, and remain in their original packaging.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Other Returns
Customers may return unwanted goods within 14 days, bearing the cost of return postage and tracking. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund minus the original delivery cost.
