We only accept returns if the goods are faulty or damaged and is reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

For international orders the customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are suitable to be accepted by local customs. The customer is also responsible paying any local duties and taxes applicable levied on the goods. Personal Products will not accept any returned products or provide any refund for returned product.
