• Dispatch Time – Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs – Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you need to return an item, please follow our simple process:

• ✔ Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return any items.
• ✔ Return the item within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition, as dispatched.
• ✔ Customers cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as refunds are only issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
• ✔ Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the return is approved.
